The sound quality from the speakers if your listening to music via your phone is awful. As a bicycle enthusiast who loves to ride often and has always been a Sena fan, I'm totally disappointed. The build quality and feature set is great on the helmet, but music and listening to Podcasts is something that relaxes me when I ride. I don't believe you should have brought this product to market with this important deficiency. I just bought two helmets for over $300 for my wife and I. Hate throwing money out the window...Sena, can you come up with a fix?

  Are you primarily seeing quality issues, or low max volume? I've got low volume, but maybe if the volume was higher I would be unhappy with the quality :P
