30K - no play/pause or next/previous function after update to 3.1.1

Got new 30K (SP46). The phone app suggested to update to the latest 3.1.1 firmware and crashed right after start. Got the device updated. Now I can use the phone app, but can not control the music coming from my phone. The music is controllable from the phone itself only.

Any hints?

Have tried a factory reset, pairing and unpairing the phone, had multitasking on and off (yes, with restarting the device each time).

  I have a similar problem with audio. Also - Do you know if you can make/receive calls via the sena now? Mine has become disabled since the 3.1.1 update.
