SRL2 After Firmware upgrade Bluetooth is unstable
Hello!
I have a problem with my SRL2. It works fine only on v1.0 firmware. After upgrading on any other firmware my Bluetooth module starts to work unstable, i have a constant disconnections with my phone (tested on IOS and Android) and very short intercom range. I have this problem on any firmware except v1.0.
Helpdesk is not responding
Does anyone have this problem?

Hi Georgiy Cheshev We recommend performing a Factory Reset on your SRL2 through the Configuration Menu, delete the SRL2 from the Bluetooth menu on your phone then pair the SRL2 back to what it was paired to before again.

I've been having this problem on v. 1.0.2. Today I upgraded to 1.0.6. in the hope it would go away. Maybe I should try rolling back to 1.0, if at all possible. Is it?

I bought one of these and installed it today in my new Shoei GT Air II. Wouldn't pair with my iPhone, so I upgraded the firmware from 1.0.2 to 1.0.6 and still no joy. Everything else pairs with the phone fine, so its definitely the headset. I love wasting money on junk that doesn't work.
Oh, and the factory reset doesn't work either.

i think we have same issue, my unit is Sena 30K and the problem start when it connect to phone and Sena Utility asked to update, after updating the Sena 30K utility in my phone, i just realize the problem when phone connection between my Sena is Breaking with only 30cm distance between phone and the Sena unit.
at first time i thought the problem is on my phone ( i do reset my phone, delete paired sena device, clean all chance, etc) but the problem still ocurred. Then i try connecting my phone with other Sena device which i bought together with my unit as i bought Dual Package and the connection is successful and no problem with this unit, bluetooth is stable.
so i assume the problem with the Sena then i do Fault Reset, hard reset, factory reset, update firmware, downgrade the firmware, and any other possible solution which does not solve the issue. now the problem is still not solved and i also have raise ticket number 453095 to Sena which until now no one responding.
so if your Sena is under guarantee, better to claim it now.
I am in Indonesia registered to motorcycle club with over than 120 members and 40% are sena 30K & 50S users.
after several error occurred with their Sena device (Mest does not work, Bluetooth connection error, Battery wont charge, Microphone not function, etc) we may no longer interested to use Sena unless there are explanation and attention from Sena to their user is upgraded.
