Shoei Neotec II + SRL 2 problems
Hi all,
The microphone remains open during a two or three way communication, even though my helmet + visor is closed.
The srl is up to date, reset and back to factory settings do not help.
In the settings list I don't see an option to set the ambient sound, this should solve the problem I think.
How can we solve this?

having trouble pairing with iphone 10. I press the middle button on the SRL and it starts flashing red and says it is in the intercom pairing mode. I want to pair with my iphone.
