Got two of my R1 helmets last summer with ver 1.2 and they paired and worked fine. Got a new R1 with ver 1.3 on it this week. It wouldn't pair at all. I updated the older ones to ver 1.3 and did factory resets as well and now none of them are working at all. What's going on with this new ver 1.3. Did I do something wrong or is it the software. All very confusing.
