SENA 20S for Car-to-Car communication
Is there a way we can use SENA 20S to communicate between cars using headsets?

Just FYI having a Bluetooth system in you car wouldn't do anything to help you anyway. Those are designed to connect with phones which use a specific communication protocol. That is not the same protocol that motorcycle headsets use to communicate with each other. A Sena and a car Bluethooth system would not connect to each other.

you could do this if your car supports android auto or apple CarPlay. Connect the phone in your car and have the 20s connected to another phone. Simply call either phone and you have a two-way com from the 20s to the car. You can also play the call through a set of earbuds that have a phone microphone
