Hi, 

I'm afraid I find the mike volume so low as to make the system unusable. I have checked everything, done a firmware update (now 2.4) , reset, etc. But the audio feed from the mike is much lower than that from the normal phone mike, as heard by another phone. 

Can I do anything about this? Or must I buy a different system? This Spider RTI is less than a year old, and I bought it specifically to enable mobile discussion/direction.
