Issue with Connecting Sena Device to Mobile App

Hi, I’m experiencing difficulties connecting my Sena device to the mobile app. Despite following all the setup instructions, the app doesn't recognize my device. I've tried restarting both the device and the app, but the problem persists. Can anyone offer troubleshooting steps or solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! pkph3mxoheihjodnd

  Hey! I had a similar issue with my Sena device before. Try doing a factory reset on the device and then delete and reinstall the app. Also, make sure the device firmware and the app are both updated to the latest versions. If Bluetooth is still not connecting, unpair the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and pair it again from scratch. Hope this helps!

  Connection issues like that usually mean the phone isn’t pairing with the Sena over Bluetooth the way the app expects. Make sure the device is in mobile pairing mode, not intercom pairing. Also try forgetting the device in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and pairing it fresh. Updating the Sena firmware through a computer can help too. If the app still won’t detect it, reinstalling the app or testing on another phone usually reveals whether it’s the device or the app acting up.

  Thanks Herry John, I tried these steps several times to no avail, in the end I decided to not use the app and just download updates to my PC then connect my helmet to the PC. Do you have the link to guide for troubleshooting Bluetooth pairing,
