Issue with SRL3 and Spotify
I have just purchased a new Sheoi Neotec 3 helmet with Sena SRL3. I have downloaded the latest firmware. I have an Apple 15 Pro Max phone with spotify. The Bluetooth connection with the phone worked straight away. The music starts OK and I can hear it perfectly as I take off on the motorbike, but then after say 30 seconds or so, the sound stops. I can see that the song is still playing on my phone, but for some reason there is no longer any sound within the helmet. Do you know what the problem could be?
