Brand new SENA ACS10 not powering on
Hi everyone,
I need some help with my new SENA ACS10 intercom.
I just bought it, but unfortunately, it won't turn on at all.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:

I charged it for at least 3 hours

I successfully completed the firmware update (the device was recognised and the update went through without any issues)

I performed a reset using the dedicated reset button

I carefully read all the instructions provided
Despite all this, the device does not power on in any way.
It’s brand new and I’ve followed all the necessary steps, but I just can’t get it to switch on.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can offer any advice?

I have the same issue. Bought a Sena ACS10 a week ago, charged it, installed it in my helmet and tried it out for a bit just wearing the helmet around the house.Worked fine. Then I did a firmware update and put it away for a few days. A couple of days later I tried turning it on and it didn't react, but I figured maybe it was just discharged. But it doesn't seem to take a charge at all. I'm using the cable that came with the headset and I've tried every USB charger in the house. The LED on the headset doesn't turn on when connecting the charger, I've confirmed the same charger and cable will charge another USB device, so it seems my headset is stone dead. Did updating the firmware brick it?
