SF-4 not answering my phone when connect to 2 other SF-4's
Subject: Issue with SF-4 Not Answering Phone When Connected in Group Intercom Mode
Hello all
I operate a trike tour business and currently use Sena SF-4 units for intercom communication between myself and two passengers. Recently, I’ve encountered an issue where my SF-4 unit no longer answers incoming phone calls when connected in a group intercom configuration with the other two SF-4 units.
The headset does confirm “Phone Connected” when powered on, indicating that the Bluetooth pairing with my phone is successful. Also when I use the SF-4 on its own (not connected to the other SF-4 units) it will answer incoming phone calls. However, once the group intercom is active between the three units, incoming calls do not come through.
I have already raised this matter with my local Sena agent, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a solution. Could you please advise on any possible troubleshooting steps or firmware updates that may resolve this issue?

Hi Kym. When you start a three-way, Group Intercom, your phone is automatically being disconnected from the SF4 to support the intercom connections with other riders as mentioned here in the User's Guide.
