Firmware update issues on SENA SRL2 (from 1.0.7 to 1.0.9)

I'm trying to update my SRL2 from 1.0.7 to 1.0.9. Everything goes well until the end of the update, but at the end of the process, the firmware hasn't updated. I've used both Mac and Windows, and I've also used SenaDevicaManager and SRL Series Updater Software. I've also reset the device to factory settings.
Throughout the process, I used the cable that came in the box. I don't know if it could be the cable because the SENA firmware update apps always recognize the device.

  Same here, why is Sena not answering?

  Try to update 1,08 to 1,09 Error and back in the Download menu

  I'm getting more or less the same problem,
  The update didn't go through and took 3 attempts before it loaded but after that my headset won't turn on, I've opened a ticket with support and they said to try resetting it, the only problem is I can't turn it on to do a factory reset,
  It says "Preparing headset" then flashes the light twice then nothing,
