SRL3 shut off
My SRL3 switches itself off after two minutes, except when I'm listening to music. I have already reset it, the latest firmware is on it. Does anyone have any tips? My mobile phone is the iPhone 15.

It sounds like you've already covered the basics by resetting and updating the firmware. Since it stays on when music is playing, that's a key clue.

I’ve had a similar issue with my SRL3 — it would power off randomly unless audio was playing.

Sounds like the auto-off function is kicking in. Have you checked if there's a power-saving setting enabled in the Sena Utility app? Some versions let you disable auto shut-off when idle.

My solution was to reinstall the firmware using a PC.
