Microphone not working
I am trying to work this issue with Sena. I just made my 50S purchase.
Following Sena's suggestion, I have tried both mics.
My voice is not transmitting via the phone call. I transmit for about 1 second, or one or two words and then nothing.
I have disconnected and reconnected the mics multiple times.

Start by checking if the microphone is properly connected and not muted, and ensure it is selected as the default input device in your system settings. If using an external microphone, try connecting it to a different port or device to rule out hardware problems.

I have a similar issue with my SRL3.
The microphone was originally working fine for 4-ish months. Then all of a sudden it stopped working.
It's taking *forever* for Sena to respond to my warranty ticket.
