SC2 and RC4 compatability

Hi I am having trouble getting my Schuberth SC2 and my Schuberth RC4 Handlebar remote to work together.  (I used this with my Schuberth SC1) They keep dropping the connection between my SC2 and my Garmin Zumo. If I pair the helmet mounted remote with the SC2 then all paired items play well together. I really liked my handlebar remote as I didn't have to take my hands off the bars. Are these two items compatible?  Or can the RC4 receive a software update?

  I am also having problems to pair the SCHUBERTH SC2 with the SENA RC4. What is the procedure ? The configuration menu does not provide this option. Is it with another option in pairing: GPS ? Media ? Another ? Thank you for your help.
