I am trying to update my 50s.

With the wifi charger it connects to the wifi.  Update light flashes blue when plugged in.  Stops flashing after a few minutes.  When unplugged no longer turns on until fault reset is hit.

I have also tried to let it sit overnight.  Same thing.  Will not turn on. Fault reset.

On computers(s). :

Updated device manager on windows 10. Opening app initially after install has a pop up window that says "device found" and a countdown to opening program.  When the program opens device is no longer found.  Have un-installed and re-installed device manager multiple times. Tried multiple cords, tried multiple usb ports, tried on 2 computers.  Tried restarting in trouble shoot mode and disabling driver signature. 

Opened device manager in compatibility mode for windows 8.  Will "find" device and show at top of device manager after clicking 50s on and then off again while plugged in. (This does not happen if in compatibility mode for windows 7 or if compatibility mode is turned off) When clicking "update" am then given the error: Failed To Update Firmware.  Cannot get status [6][50].  Can view device setting and click boxes, but if I try to save a pop up tells me "Recognized device is not connected or is not the same as the connected device. Select appropriate device"

I

hard reset one of the 2, same issue, now it is stuck in 1.0 firmware and unable to change settings.

Other headset is stuck in I think 1.3.0 or 1

This is a Sena 50s bought in June of 2021
