I cant get the software to update on SRL3 - it gets to about 25% updated and falls over, "Failed to update Software. Cannot get Status (0) (50). I have done multiple factory resets no change. i note the voice commands have never worked from day one. I hoped a software update might help. Sadly I cannot update the software. A very disappointing product. Back to Cardo I think.
