I just purchased a Schuberth C5 helmet which i absolutely love! I also purchased the SC2 Standard by Sena with remote to go with it. Here's the problem:

 I connect the helmet to my motorcycle (2020 Harley Davidson Street Glide) via the "Configuration Menu"  and pair the motorcycle via the 1st "phone pairing" everything works great, Apple CarPlay, voice recognition so on and so forth. 

As soon as i push the button to do "Intercom Pairing" or try to access the "Configuration Menu" the SC2 appears to disconnect from the motorcycle, the motorcycle menu under headset menu still shows that the SC2 is connected but CarPlay and everything associated with it goes away and will not come back on even after powering down the motorcycle and the SC2. It will NOT show CarPlay on the motorcycle again until I remove all connections, reset the SC2, remove SC2 from the motorcycle and restart the connection/pairing process from the beginning like new.

I am out of ideas as to what I should do next. I cant connect to any other riders AND use my CarPlay with this problem. 

Please help!
