No updates for my harley sena 50s

My 50s is a Harley version. I have checked numerous times for updates so that I have mesh 3.0 like other riders in my group. It’s never there. When I contact technical support I’m given several different answers including update is up to harley, we don’t have updates for that product, they ( whomever that is) are working on update, we are working on it but no time line, etc. none of these seem to me to be satisfactory answers.
I’m very disappointed because all others who use sena 50s in my group have mesh 3.0. Since this upgrade seems not to be happening would you be willing to take my unit and trade for one that is upgradable?I am a loyal customer. In fact I just bought a sena 60s! I could have bought other brands but I’ve stayed loyal.

Hi Bob,
Sorry to hear you've had trouble with the Harley Davidson branded version of the 50S. We can appreciate your frustration completely. Unfortunately, the firmware updates for that device aren't controlled by Sena, they're controlled by HD. The good news is, as of December, they've released an update finally that includes Mesh 3.0!
