We have 2 R1 EVO in our family. The firmware update to v2.3 (coming from v2.0.7) on one R1 EVO worked. On the other R1 EVO (bought in September 2023) failed because of "Cannot get status" at 7%. Tried several USB cables, device reset. Nothing works. Any tipps or advices? Thanks in advance.
