Support Gone Silent
I opened a ticket on September 10th for a broken volume up button on my Phantom helmet. The last correspondence I received was on September 17th, when I was asked to provide a photo of the serial number.
The agent indicated that Sena would be sending out a replacement helmet, which made sense since this unit was only a month or two old. I provided my shipping address, but since then, the ticket has gone completely silent and no replacement has arrived.
Sena, if you’re reading this — I purchased three of these helmets so I could coach my two kids while they learn to ride motorcycles. Right now, I can’t power up the helmet at all with the broken button, which means I can’t ride and guide them the way I intended.
