  Hi. You don't need to pair them together. All you need to do is activate Mesh Intercom on both of them. Additionally, make sure that both of them are on the latest firmware.

  That has been tried numerous times.  Have switched the bikon to Mesh 2 and tried to pair with R2X,  Does not work.  I would like to point out that there has NEVER been an update for the R2X  current firmware is 1.1.  I havent checked lately.  If there is an update to 1.1, please let me know .   I would be interested in purchasing a bikom 20 if Sena would care to offer me a substantial discount from the list price.

  Hi James Rosenblum Unfortunately, there isn't an update for the R2X to use the same Mesh version as the BiKom 20. However, you can use the Sena WAVE Intercom App for iPhone and Android phone to connect to each other and communicate without having to pay anything.
