I bought a new 2021 CVO Road Glide and the WHIM came installed and new headset system came with the bike. I got the headset paired and it worked for about 2 minutes and can no longer get music, phone calls, or anything out of the ear pieces except what is on the headset. The WHIM has ver 1.1.14 and I have read there are a lot of issues with this version of the firmware. I have tried to roll back to 1.0.2 and get the following error Failed to update . Cannot get status[24].

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
