Sena 50R & HD 30K Not working correctly

My old Sena 20S (firmware v2.0.5) worked on the Harley Davidson CVO Road Glide as it should, music coming through the bike’s speakers, sat nav prompts form the headset.

 

So I decided to up-grade to the Sena 50R (firmware v1.0.9), then no sat nav prompts from the headset, further research I found that the 50R is not fully compatible with the Boom, (mono sound only).

 

OK now I’ve bought a Harley Davidson branded Sena 30K (firmware v3.1) and still no sat nav prompts from the headset.

  if you ahve the WHIM fitted headsets will nly play in Mono unless you have bought the HD branded Sena headsets.

  I went with the Freewire and can use any bluetooth systems...But my 50R works great using the Freewire
