60s not charging
Saturday used 60s on a ride...no problems. Plugged it in when I got home to charge it for the next day, and after several hours noticed the charge light was still red. Turned on 60s and connected to phone only to find it was at 1% charge. Been trying since then to get it to charge. Using different USB-C cords (including the one it came with) and plugging in to different outlets, etc. No luck. Tried a factory reset, but no change. Still showing 1% and will not charge.

Have you tried a fault reset as well? It's separate from a factory reset, designed to clear out hardware errors.

If that doesn't correct it, submit a ticket with tech support, and they'll work with you on it:

Unfortunately, it did not since I have to unplug the device. As soon as I unplugged, it shuts down. I submitted a support ticket. Thanks.
