  Yo tengo el mismo problema con mis dos Sena 30K  en actualizar a v3.5 se detiene cuando llega al 15% Que soluciòn piedo tener, gracias.

  Charge your Sena 30K fully first. Then, try a different USB 2.0 port and the original Sena cable. If it's still stuck, perform a "Fault Reset" using a paperclip in the pinhole on the back while it's still plugged in and the Sena Device Manager is showing the error.

  Gracias por su ayuda, seguí los pasos que me escribió, pero no lo pude actualizar, a la versioón v3.5.  Sigue el error en el 15% de actualización . Le agradezco su interes

  I experienced similar problems using my Windows PC.
  I switched to a Mac and everything went fine. A problem with the driver-signition I suppose.

  El fín de semana utilicé una Mac, pero siguió presentando falla de actualización, al igual que Windows. Le agradezco de todas formas su ayuda.
