Sena 30K Bluetoothverbindungen

Hallo,

folgendes Problem (vielleicht auch Bediener-Problem:-) ).

Habe zwei Stück 30K mit Verbindung zum Motorrad (Triumpf ST RS 1200), Handy Iphone mit Automation einer App, Navigation TomTom 50

Das Problem:

bei Anruf kann ich das Gespräch nicht entgegen nehmen, da sich das Handy im falschen Empfängermodus befindet. Kann das am 30K umgeschaltet werden?

Die automatisierte App ist teilweise nicht zu hören (mal ja, mal nein) warum?

TomTom läuft eigentlich immer und ist zu hören (manchmal allerdings nur sehr leise)

Kommt noch die Navifunktion aus der Triumph App dazu (TomTom ist dann nicht dabei)

ist diese ebenfalls stumm.

Zeitweise schaltet sich aus ungeklärten Gründen die Playlist der Apple Music App ein.

Wie bekomme ich die abgeschaltet ohne anzuhalten?

Was noch auffällt ist ein Piep-Geräusch in unterschiedlichen Abständen während der Fahrt?!

Sind das vielleicht Eingänge im Handy (Mail, WhatsApp etc.?)

 

Sind das Bedienfehler oder ein strukturelles Problem des 30K?

Vielleicht habt ihr ja Anmerkungen oder Ideen dazu?

  Sounds like a mix of settings and routing issues rather than a fault with the 30K itself. On iPhone especially, iOS can switch audio routing between headset, phone, and apps depending on what’s active, which can cause exactly what you’re describing with calls and navigation audio. I’d check the Sena device priorities in the app (audio source priority) and make sure phone calls and navigation aren’t fighting each other.

  Also worth disabling any automatic audio switching in your apps if possible, and checking Bluetooth connections so the 30K is set as the primary audio device for both calls and media. The random Apple Music playback could be Siri or app automation triggering—try disabling “Hey Siri” or background app triggers to test.

  The beeping you hear is likely system notifications or app alerts being routed through the headset. Not necessarily a hardware issue, more how everything is interacting together.
