S50 sound issue

I got the Sena s50 but music is very low when speed more than 50km/h uninstall it in closed helmet I can’t imagine how bad is it ! Sena should solve this issue

  No sound at all. Have watched dozens of videos and gone throuh all settings. Firmware has been updated and bluetooth has connected but do not hear factory promps like i see in videos and no audio from any phone app comes through. Will return and try competitor product.
