60S phone calls

My new 60s started to recently have issues with phone calls. I'll be riding my bike and see a phone call come in on the TFT screen. (2024 BMW R1250RT).

I answer the call and cannot hear the caller speak, nor can the caller hear me speak. I tried turning up the volume but that didn't work. 

If I initiate a call from the motorcycle then it works perfectly. 

The only thing that has changed is that I recently paired with a buddy who uses a Cardo PackTalk. We took a trip together and we connected via BlueTooth and it worked perfectly the whole trip. 

That's the only thing I can think of that's different from a couple weeks ago.

  It's a known issue with the latest firmware update.  It will be corrected with the next firmware release, which should be out within a month!
