I am unable to pair headset to Moto Guzzi app. I have tried pairing first to my iPhone and then to the bike, and have tried pairing to the bike first, and then to the app in the iPhone. Neither sequence gets me further than just being paired to the phone. Sena’s instructions and MG’s instructions conflict. Is anyone familiar with the problem, and what is the sequence (eg bike first, phone second, or the other way round)? Please explain in simple terms, I’m not all that tech savvy. Thanks in advance.
