Sena 50R shutting down issue

Brand new Sena 50R shutting down issue:

    You hear "goodbye" and shutdown after turning on Sena 50R.
    You can keep it on by holding phone button, but mesh fails.

  Same with mine 50R. I made a software update via Laptop it finally stayed on but mesh still doesn't work. If I switch to Mesh 2.0 and turn it off, it doesn't turn on again. Reset via backside pin does not help. After 10 min on power it went on again but mesh still fails (no channels). After turning on mesh 3.0 it can finally be turned on and off again but mesh is not working anymore. Very annoying!
