Have the issue with device manager not being downloaded. The same issue everyone else has. Will not recognize device. Cannot open usb. Problem after problem with these dual 50s. Big mistake to spend this much money for junk, Not worth the amount of money I paid for these. 500.00 for issue after issue.

  Love the units based on others. I have the same USB - device not detected issue in the Device Manager on PC.
