Problème communication groupe intercommunal Sena 30K
Bonjour,
Nous avons acheté 2 kit duo de Sena 30K l'année dernière avec des amis.
Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis à l'utilisation jusqu'à présent. En effet, une fois la communication groupe intercommunal lancée à 4 modules, la discussion se coupe au bout de quelques minutes, parfois nous nous retrouvons à 3 modules connectés, parfois nous basculons en communication 2 modules, parfois la communication est perçue avec des voix robotisées et le groupe intercom s'arrête.
Nous avons fait les dernières mises à jour la semaine dernière mais aucun changement...
Nous sommes déçus pour des produits à 500€...
Quelqu'un a t-il déjà rencontré ces problèmes et quelle à été la solution pour y remédier ?

Always after an update do the fault reset on back of unit and then do a factory reset in config menu. clear pairing on your phone and gps, repair to the phone and gps. do not use the garmin smart phone notification feature as it seems to garble the sound. if using the boom mic make sure it is facing the right way as in the manual.
