RC4 multifunction button not working for 50C camera
Upon connecting RC4 remote with the new 50C i bought, the multifunction button no longer turns on or operates the camera as it did on the 10C I have. The multifunction button does activate the group intercom after pushing for a second, but when I try to turn on camera with it, all I get is a "boop" sound. How do I use the RC4 to operate the camera on the 50C? Camera works fine operating buttons on the 50C.

The RC4 was originally designed to work with the 10C series.
RC4 is able to be paired to the 50C; however, functionality with the Multifunction button only allows to enable the group intercom feature after pressing/holding for 1 sec.

Update to 50C functionality with RC4 remote:
Sena has released firmware update 1.1 which has enabled the remote functionality of 50C camera with the RC4 remote. I am very impressed with the speed with which Sena customer care reacted to this problem I reported Thank you Sena for the excellent customer service!
