I am same here. When I turn on Sena 50s , there will connect to Phone just 1~3 second , then it would turn off by itself.  And I found that battary life is unstable !!! It may show different % when I finish chage. So I think that problem is quick charge damaged the device . haha but I bought it by other country , My country can't provide insurance ... Hope there can launch some premium product.

Same issue on mine. The fix works but it is annoying. What is Sena going to do about this issue. My unit has less than 20 hrs of use. I do not have original packaging to return it for an exchange.

Mine has done the same thing since the day I bought it.  Verified that I have the latest firmware, made sure the batter is fully charged, and tried hard resetting (pin hole button).   I have a 20 s on another helmet and it has never failed me.
    Really disappointed in the 50S

Mine is doing the same thing, starting on my last ride. Continuing to hold the Phone button when powering on for a bit (at least 10s) did work to keep it on. At least it's usable again. This happened right after it was charged with a higher power Anker USBC charger, but everything should be USBC compliant so that shouldn't matter. I have charged it with that charger before. I will say my Sena 30k died after I charged it one day with an unknown charger, that might have been high power, but that is not USB C and so doesn't have the same leeway for charging profiles as USBC should. Not saying Sena didn't get it wrong in some way.

When i called Sena the nice support person said to try plugging it in, doing a pin reset, and letting it charge fully (which it already was). I did that, let it charge overnight. Didn't fix it. Holding the Phone button is a workaround.

    Anyone find a fix?

Mine has started to do the same, it was fine one day and the next it started doing this, I have raised a ticket but yet to be resolved.  Has anyone had theirs fixed or know of a work around?

    Was this ever resolved?
I bought the 50B module for my HJC helmet in April 2025 and after day 3 and the 3rd overnight charge this started.
The charging LED is not lit up either any more.
