Yep. You and many many more are experiencing the same issue. Sena released yet ANOTHER product before thoroughly testing. Seems to have become the norm with Sena.

New Cavalry Helmet
Develop new Cavalry model with 20S functionality. Separate user replaceable battery. Better speakers. Ear bud jack. Drop down sun visor.
