Sena will tell you to do a fault reset and a factory reset. If that doesn’t fix it then they will replace it.

I had to rma or return my first 50s. Rumor is sena had a bad batch of batteries. The replacement unit seems to last forever like my 20s.

So changed to the boom mic and voice commands hit 95% of the time, a lot better than with the hybrid wire/boom mic.

I did a rma with sena on my unit and now the new units battery is just like my 20s, pretty much endless. I think early 50s batteries were a bad batch.
