If I bought this I would mount the battery in the front next to the mic. The battery on the back of the helmet with the wire hanging out is ugly.

Are you working on a Bluetooth 4.0 model?
My new smartphone is Bluetooth 4.0 capable. Would a Bluetooth 4.0 Sena unit offer better battery life and/or be smaller? Would the quality of the sound increase? Thanks.

All of your headset kits should come with the SMH-A0305 or SMH-A0306 base plates going forward. Just my 2 cents...

I can give voice commands to my phone, such as "navigate home" through my smh-10. Great, right? NOPE, it never works while riding. It only works while sitting still so I'm guessing its a wind noise...
