Do you know for sure the SMH10 is paired with the G4? For the heck of it do you have anything you can intercom test the SMH10 with post (after) the software update?

@Drtbyk. Yes the Scala has to be in pairing mode as well. I can't answer the phone question because I didn't pay any attention to what happened there.

I hope this helps someone. I just paired a Scala Q2 with the Sena after several failed attempts. The key is to hold the jog dial button an extra second or 2 after it goes into normal pairing mod...
