If you are a dealer or distributor with questions about our RMA process, please visit the link called Partner Web For. If you are a Sena customer, you can request a replacement device if you are within the original 2 years of purchase.  The link for the Customer web form is located here.  Please fill it out and complete all the required information and if possible attach a photo of the device serial number with a copy of your sales receipt : https://www.sena.com/support/submit-ticket
