Voice Prompts are the audio feedback that you hear from the headset. If the Voice Prompt setting is disabled on a headset then you will only hear the voice prompts for the options in the Configuration menu, the battery level indicator when powering on the headset (High, Medium or Low), the Speed Dial functions and the FM radio functions.
The Voice Command feature allows you operate certain function of a headset by simply using your voice. Please refer to the User's Guide for the full list of commands for your headset.
