Format SD Card

1. Press and hold the Camera Button for 5 seconds until you hear the voice prompt, “Format SD card”.

2. Tap the Phone Button to confirm.

    It is acceptable to use my Desktop to do a FULL Format prior to inserting the MicroSD Card into the 10-01 EVO.?

    tried this and with several 32gb and a 8gb sd card but keeps telling me SD card error :(
