What do I do if I have forgotten my password or have entered the wrong password?

If you forget your WiFi password for your camera, you can reset it to the default password using 2 methods:

Method 1

Perform a Factory Reset on your product to reset the password to sena0000. The camera's SSID will also be reset to the default name after performing a Factory Reset.

Method 2

Delete the camera's SSID from the list of WiFi networks on your smartphone.

iPhone

In the Wi-Fi settings menu, click on the "i" symbol to the right of the camera's SSID then choose "Forget This Network".

Android

In the Wi-Fi settings menu, click "Advanced" in the upper right, click Manage networks, choose the camera's SSID then choose "Forget".
