Trouble Pairing Neotec SRL with iPhone 7SE

I have a new iPhone and dit a factory reset on Neotec II system. If I try to pair with my new iPhone (7SE), either SRL Neotec2 v1.0.3 doesn't show up in my Bluetooth list, or it does show up and when I try to connect it says: iPhone cannot connect with SRL Neotec2 v1.0.3. I also checked my bluetooth privacy setting, these are all OK.
