    We are having this same issue with our 20s. Anyone have a resolution?

    I got this response from Sena support (who are excellent by the way, you should definitely contact them first).

    This worked perfectly for me.

    Please try to do a faulty reset to refresh the device since you mentioned that it happened after pairing it with your phone. Please see steps below. 

    1. Power ON your SENA device. 
    2. Look for a small pin-hole 
    3. Using a paper clip, lightly press the reset button for a second.
    4. Your device should power OFF.

    Then turn you device back ON and see if it makes any difference on the volume. If this will not work, please proceed on factory reset. 

    1. Power ON your SENA device. 
    2. Press and hold the Phone Button for 12 seconds till you will hear "Factory Reset" 
    3. Press the Jog Dial to confirm reset.
    4. Your device should power OFF. 

    Power ON your device again. You may need to pair your device with your phone again since Factory Reset will remove all pairing details.

    Thanks James! I did put a ticket in but haven't heard back from them yet. We leave early tomorrow for a trip and we really wanted this resolved. We will give this a try! I appreciate your help!
