I'm also facing this problem with my Newly bought 20S EVO Dual set.

The range issue has been like that since day one. My 20S has NEVER worked beyond line of sight, much less more than 300 yards out in the open.....Bluetooth technology is so low powered that it can't go the mile or more they claim it can, reliably, even with the antenna up....always expect less and you won't be disappointed...

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person having this issue. I was ready to take my units in to have them checked.

We are having the exact same issue. My wife and I both have the 20S Evo and they work great in a two-way set up. Our son has a 10S that works great with either 20s Evo, but as soon as we pair them up three way the audio quality becomes terrible and it sounds like someone is banging a hammer on a desk constantly.

This really needs to be fixed.

I have the same problem when paired with two 10R headsets. I am waiting for a reply from sena about this problem and also the battery life... My 20S Evo yesterday lasted around 6H while the other two 10R lasted the whole tour of around 8H and more...

Have a look at your 20S PINS and the helmet mount connectors. They maybe corroded and this is a well know problem with the unit and which SENA won't acknowledge and sticks their head in the sand whenever anyone raises the issue.
