20S Headset on 1.7.X shuts down when using the SM10 on a Goldwing...
SM10 hooked via a cable to my 2010 Goldwing; My 20S dual headsets both are on 1.7.X and they shut off when trying to sync up with the SM10. I get halfway through the 'media device connected' message then the 20S shuts off. I bumped the 20S software back to the lowest 1.7.X and it still does it, even after a hard reset on the back of the 20S untis themselves as per my local SENA rep's suggestion. I then bumped it back to 1.6.3 but haven't been able to try it out as of yet. It worked perfectly on that load before, all this started when I 'upgraded' to 1.7.X
Stand down for more details.....

Update: I tried once again to use the SM10 with my 20S on the 2010 Goldwing. Turning them both on, it still gets halfway through the 'media device connected' message and turns of the 20S headset portion! I give up; these things have wasted more of my time trying to get them to work. Too many quirks and bugs to fool with...Adios! I'm going Interphone F5MC.....

Did you ever figure this out? I had the same issue and found out my problem was that the headset allowed me to pair BOTH my motorcycle and phone as "Phone 1". Either would work fine on their own, but once both tried to connect the headset shut down. The solution was to factory reset the headset and pair one of them as "Phone 1" and the other as "Phone 2".

Hi Will......
I did resolve it by deleting and re-adding the bluetooth profiles. I updated to the latest 1.7.7 yesterday and hard-restarted them both. I have not had the chance to try them out yet but will this holiday weekend. Heading to Americade next month and will have plenty of time on the road to try them out. When they work, they are fantastic....
