Sena Expand microphone sensitivity

My mother has a Parkinson's type disease, which has impacted her speech, making it hard for my dad to hear what she is saying. I was thinking about using the Sena Expand so they can better communicate in the car, in supermarkets, when they are watching TV, etc. I have downloaded the manual, and can't see where you could adjust the microphone sensitivity. Can you do this? She speaks very quietly hence my concern about adjusting.

  I'm not sure which Sena model you are using but on my 50C, I have a similar issue. I can change the microphone gain on Sena Camera App but it has only 3 levels (low, medium or high). This is not enough.
