Is SR10 still supported?

The current Bluetooth device manager will not recognize my sr10 or SMH10r? Therefore I cannot check the firmware. Does anyone have an earlier release of this software utlity?

  the SR10 has reached is EOL, so no support will be offered for it.

  the SR10 needs to be powered on to be recognized and certain settings need to be disabled on your windows/macOs device in some cases, so let us know what OS.
