I uploaded and tested firmware 1.2 and mentioned here on the forum that it still doesn't work. Look at previous mail off 7 Oct . the only way it works is if you disconnect the microphone.

Just tried the latest v1.2 update today on my way back from work, and it didn't cut out throughout the entire 50 minute journey, I also made a phone call as I had it paired to my iPhone using the multipoint feature and that worked well. The only thing I noticed was that a few of the voice prompts from the garmin were distorted, and a couple of the safety camera warning beeps didn't come through at all, so overall it's not perfect but better than before.

    @DJDLTD,

Please do factory reset your SMH5 and pair your devices as below.

    http://senabluetooth.com/downloads/manual/UsersGuide_Sena_SMH5-v1.2.pdf

Pair your Mobile phone as HFP/A2DP on Manual 6.1.1

Pair your Zumo350 as Multipoint HFP on Manual 6.3.1

Mobile phone has higher priority than GPS, when you talking during phone, GPS announcement will not be hearing.

If problem persist, please contact our support for additional support.

    Thank you.

    Hi

tested all day the SMH5 and works for about 80%. Some of voice are still delayed and some off the speed cameras warning beeps didn't come trough. Sometime you hear something like a bass gitaar i don t now its a voice that missing or something else.I have 1.2.1 soft and did the multipoint connection (manual 6.3.1)without GSM only gps. Is Sena still working on this problem???

I've got the latest SMH5 firmware, and the latest Zumo 350 firmware, and the behavior is worse than previous firmware versions.

Now the SMH5 is also losing the audio with my iPhone.

Within 10 to 20 minutes the SMH5 loses the audio with both iPhone and Zumo 350.

I just tried in simulation modus with 1.2 firmware and it is much better so I return to 1.2. I don't understand that  a new firmware(1.2.1) is worse than the old one.

Tried 1.2.2 on Sunday and today. It's not good 1.2 is still the best version. Many announcement aren't coming through. Sometime you ear that the smh5 makes connection but there is no voice coming through.

The 1.2.2 firmware image for the Mac is corrupted. Jeez.

Updated my zumo 350 to firmware 2.7. Sena seems to work correct but he doesn't announce the speed cameras any more? All settings are right in the zumo. I did a reset of zumo and sena. And speed cameras came back for a while and than went away again??

Firmware 1.2.2 isn't working. Speed cameras went away after an hour of so. And after a while he won't announce all direction movements sometime he do and than for a while he doesn't speak any more.  Are these problems also in the SMH10?

I am using the latest 1.2.3 firmware, and the latest Zumo firmware, and am happy to report that the pairing works reliably. I am also multipoint pairing with my iPhone 4s, running the latest iOS udpate.

It's all working quite well. I did a 1,000 mile IronButt ride a few weeks ago, Zumo audio worked through the duration of the ride. I listened to tunes from my iPhone for several hours during that ride, and also had a few phone calls.

I've used all three together for long and short rides for about six weeks, and all of the issues I had previously experienced are resolved.

Apologies for jumping in on this thread but it is similar to my requirements. I have a Garmin Zumo 550 GPS which is paired with my iPhone 4. Will the Sena BT work with my Garmin? I recently purchased an Avantree set but it wouldn't work despite pairing successfully. I sent it back and now looking for something that will work. So far unconvinced by many claims and the return postage is getting silly.
